Youtube laggs with 18mb/s connection?

it is not like that ur connection speed is not enough its more than enough (dont knw which isp is ur on earth) but some time youtube laggs for undefined like many people at that time maybe accesing site . but ur Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 1.362 / 18.140 is it right i mean should it be 1.36mb/18mb ??
