I have recieved e-mail purporting to be from yahoo threatning me with disconection unless i comply is it real?

this e-mail was from provider65.com they asked me to update within 5 days otherwise my account would be cancelled. There were two or three grammatical errors in it and they wanted information that is all ready in yahoos possession. has anyone else received a similar message?
