After how many times does start to become enjoyable / pleasureable for the women?

I have just started having for the first time with you boyfriend, however i find it really painfull at the moment, and not very enjoyable.. Is this normal? And after how many times (roughly i know it will vary for each person) will it become enjoyable? Thankyou, x
