Questions on how to fill port of discharge in bill of lading for transshipment?

I had shipment from Singapore to Oakland, if the shipment is put on a vessel to Hong Kong first, and then at Hong Kong, it is re-consolidated with other shipments to Oakland. Should the port of discharge on the bill of lading be Hong Kong or Oakland?
