Xbox 360 live requirements hlp im only 13?

i got the xbox 360 arcade yesterday and i have no idea what to do or get and i wanna play with my friends when i move in august sooo hlp again im only 13 years so please dont say youre a noob you suck BLAH BLAH BLAH!!!!!!1
