Is it fair to say that Lou Dobbs (cnn) is just out there to spread hate and fear...?

Ehh....sure, he is bat shite crazy.....but he is still allowed to think what he wants to....and, if he has enough viewers, he is allowed to continue to host his show. He was recently moved to another hour on another CNN affiliate....so, perhaps his ratings have dropped a bit.
