I need advice! I cant tell?

how can i tell if this guy likes me? i told him i like him and he said cool! it seems like he might cuz he talks to me a lot and flirts but i cant tell some in my cl say he does, some say no. he always says he doesnt like anyone but no one believes him idk how i can tell. See he does flirt with me a lot and i am the only one that he gives his aim sn to so we talk a lot but he flirts with a ton of people so i cant tell if he likes me or not
