How does child support work?

my bf is goin 2 pay child support eventho he dsnt wnt d baby at all.. n now d babys mom is telling my bf dat if he dsnt spend tym wit d baby d child support raises. is dat true?? n plus now me n my bf got a baby n den d oder babymama is printing out pics of my baby n dat shes gna use dat agnst him so d government wil take my baby.. is dat tru?? n is it true dat wen he pays child suport dey will tke out 75% from his pay cehck..?? R ALL DIS TRUE?? HELP ME
