Can you please identify what this crochet pattern is asking?
It would appear that you find the centre point of the toe shown as #3 in the picture, then, slip stitch or attach your yarn approximately 3.5 cm to the right of that point and double crochet from there past # 3 by the same number of stitches. If you do 4 stitches from 4 to 3, then do another 4 stitches past 3 to the left. It is a poorly written pattern, and that is the only sense I can make of it. Then end with a slip stitch and there is no such thing as bind off in crochet, but I would just pull the final thread through the loop, cut and stitch back.
