PROPANE IN HAIR PRODUCTS_HARMFUL?

Okay well i am using the herbal essence "tousle me softly" mousse. I enjoyed very much but one day, i looked onto the ingredients and found that there was propane into it. Is the harmful to my hair? thank you for answering and may god bless you ! :)
