TTC drives me insane!!!?

I have gotten one BFP(it was a faulty test tho as it came up after the 10 mins.) and two BFN's and AF is still not due until January 1st. I have been eating like nuts, backache, tender and I was convinced this month was my month. Do I still have hope as AF has still not arrived?? Could I still get a BFP in maybe a week or so?? I hate TTC as it makes me go completely insane because I think as soon as I go off of BC it will happen and then it takes forever. UGH!!
