What are my chances of getting into UC Berkeley?

I am a junior, have a 4.2 weighted GPA, and my extracurriculars are National Honors Society, Art Club, (secretary of) Career Club, and (vice president of) Interact Club. I have not done any sports since I dislike sports, and I have so far taken multiple honors and AP courses. I have not yet taken my SATs, but have registered for later this year. I will also be taking the SAT II Chemistry and Literature. My PSAT score, converted into an SAT score, was around a 1680, although I have already begun studying to improve that score. Is there anything I should look into to increase my chances of being accepted, or anything I am missing? Any tips on writing my personal statement? What I should include in my application?
