A sick Nigerian Dwarf goat?

Do you vaccinate with c d and t?? it might be something like enterotoxemia. Or possibly pneumonia. I would take her back to the vet and have a fecal run just to make sure the scours aren't worm or parasite related. I would also ask about antibiotics.
