Radio Fairness Doctrine? Just a scheme to silence dissent?

Will this Orwellian doublespeak titled legislatiuon get ped by Congress, and will any radio station find it profitable to give equal time to left and right views? And will it apply to NPR, since they are 100% left? Is the reason no one expects talk radio to survive if it has to be 50/50 is they can't compete with taxpayer supported left wing radio on NPR?
