Please help ;( my periods...?

Ok so just for the last 2 months my periods have been really heavy :( like really heavy, my usual tampons don't work for me anymore - there drenched within minuits and when I wear pads I have to wear the maxi ones for incontinence...and I have to change it every hour otherwise it overfills and runs down my legs and everything. I know it sounds gory but it's really uncomfortable - I wake up everymorning with bloody bedsheets and also my clothes are soaked I literally wake up in a puddle of blood. And now it's uncomfortable for work cos if I'm doing something that's gonna take longer than an hour I'm in trouble cos I'm gonna leek. And the period doesn't last just a week, this goes on for like 3 weeks then I'll get like a 3 day break then it's time for my next period and it will come again...what can I do :( I'm only 19, and now I'm thinking if just getting a hysterectomy cos it's really getting me down :( thanx
