Need advice fast! Mostly for guys, but girls can answer too! PLZ help!?

OK..soooo..like i'm at my dads house(parents divorced) and we are ALWAYS out side doing something! (walkin the dog,mall,beach,anything really) And a lot of times there is a really cute guy there and it looks as tho he wants to come over and talk but my dad is there...i think my dad intimidates them. but my dad couldnt give a crap if they came over and talked to me...how can i give hem the hint that its ok to come over???
