I might be infected with Winiguard, what should I do?

Spybot search and destroy is one of the best ones out there, i would try that from download.com. Other than that, try Hijackthis, because it could be registry problem. If none of those fix them, give your hijackthis log to some tech forums on the net, and they should be able to help you more.
