Can I get into Stanford with the following qualifications?

I scored a 31 on my ACT (34 Eng, 34 Math, 31, Reading, 26 Science). I plan to take the SAT II MATH 2 and Chemistry. I will most likely score 780-800 on both. I am tied for being the top of my cl ( 300-350 people). I have an unwieghted GPA =4.0. and rigoruos cles. Sophmore Year AP U.S. History ( 5 on the test), Physics B ( 4 on the test). As a junior I am taking AP Calc BC ( will get a 5 on the test), AP Chemistry ( will get a 5 on the test), AP English Language and AP World History (probably get a 3-4 on both). I will be NHS president, volunteer at the Hospital, member of my city's youth council (hope to have a position), play Varsity Football and Track, member of the Robotics club, and Science Olympiad, I am also the youth group leader of my religious organization. I am a nominee to be a semifinalist in the National Merit Scholarship Program based on my PSAT scores.I have participated at Uof Michigan Math and Science summer program and will go to M.I.T for a robotic competition
